Welcome to the Cannon Valley Suites
at Northfield Retirement Community.
Cannon Valley Suites are for individuals who need a greater level of health services that are designed to provide around-the-clock continuous personal care. All suites are tobacco free.
There is a monthly fee to reside at Cannon Valley Suites and includes the following: private suite with microwave and mini-refrigerator, private bathroom, three meals plus snacks each day, urgency response system, scheduled activities, all utilities (excluding telephone), basic cable television, daily laundry and housekeeping.
A personalized health care service plan will be developed in partnership with our nurse for each Care Suite resident which could include the following: wellness service, bathing, toileting, transfer and medication assistance. In addition there is morning and evening assistance available as well as comfort checks. A detailed description of the services will be provided upon request. Other nursing services are available for an additional cost.
Points of Interest
Residents eat in their own Dining Center, family style. Family involvement is encouraged. Cannon Valley Suites are a private-pay service or county-assistance-paid service. For county assistance, please contact Rice County at 1-507-332-5929.
