Northwood Pines



Welcome to the Northwood Pines at Northfield Retirement Community. This housing option is for an individual or couple who can benefit from assited living. Northwood Pines provides around-the-clock continuous personal care when needed. There are a total of two, five unit Catered Living Suites each containing, one-bedroom with den located together in a detached home on the Northfield Retirement Community campus.

The rent at Northwood Pines is $3,396 to $3,950 per month depending on the particular apartment. Residents may choose additional health service packages. The second person occupancy fee is $500.00 per month. If the second person also needs health services, they are able to purchase from one of the menu of services. The following services and amenities are included in the monthly fee:

~ Each apartment has individual thermostat control, kitchen complete    with refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, private bathroom with    shower, and portable electric fireplace
~ Two meals per day
~ Two loads of laundry per week
~ Weekly light housekeeping

~ Transportation for scheduled shopping and outings
