ParkView East is available to seniors 55 and older who need assistance with their personal and health care needs. Our complex offers 43 one-bedroom apartments with full baths and kitchenettes. In our home-like atmosphere, with your own furnishings, you will enjoy the privacy of your apartment while receiving a variety of services.
Monthly rent includes: 3 meals per day plus snacks, utilities (excluding cable television and telephone), weekly light housekeeping and 2 loads of personal laundry, 24-hour controlled access to building, urgency call service, regularly scheduled activities and events, 24-hour awake staff and a wellness clinic offered weekly. The campus is accessible for those who are mobility impaired and is tobacco free.
Health care services are offered through our assisted living home care agency. We will custom design a care package that fits your specific needs and wants. Costs for health services are based on a monthly rate.
Other optional amenities include: guest meal service, on-site hair salon (Northwoods Salon), electronically opened garages, and van transportation for medical and dental appointments, shopping and special events.
