Parkview East

Parkview East is available to seniors 55 and older, and makes assisted living services for support of personal and health care needs available for those who need them. Parkview East offers 45 one-bedroom apartments with full baths and kitchenettes with stove and refrigerator. In Parkview East apartments, with your own furnishings, you can enjoy the privacy of your own living space while receiving assisted living services.

Monthly rent includes 3 meals per day plus snacks, utilities including basic cable television (except telephone), weekly light housekeeping and 2 loads of personal laundry, controlled access 24 hours a day, in room urgency call service, regularly scheduled activities and events, 24-hour staff and a weekly wellness clinic. The campus is handicap accessible and is tobacco free.  Additional storage space is also available.

Home care services are offered through our home care agency, Northfield Parkview Home Care. We will custom design an assisted living service package that fits your specific needs and wants. Costs for health services are offered in monthly packages and by individual units of service.

Other optional amenities include personal and guest meal service, access to the Main Street Café and monthly special catered meals, additional housekeeping and laundry services, on-site hair salon (Northwoods Salon), personal fitness trainer, electronically opened garages, and transportation to shopping, special events and appointments.
