ParkView West is designed for the active retiree, age 55 and older. You can enjoy the privacy of your own apartment with access to the services you desire. Our complex offers 54 attractive one-and two-bedroom apartments with full kitchens and baths. This two-story complex has elevator access. Included in your monthly rent are your utilities (excluding telephone and cable television), 24-hour controlled access to buildings, and lounge with Internet access, private dining room for family gatherings, complimentary laundry facilities and a weekly exercise program. The campus is accessible for those who are mobility impaired and is tobacco free.

Other optional amenities include: personal and guest meal service, housekeeping and laundry service, on site hair salon (Northwoods Salon), access to on-site home care, electronically opened garages and van transportation to medical and dental appointments, shopping and special events.
