Baking
Baking cookies for our weekly coffee times. Hours are flexible. Open to adults or youth.
Bingo Help
Adults or youth needed on Wednesday and/or two Saturdays a month at 2:30pm.
Sunday Worship Service Help
Help by pushing residents to and from the service. You can also sit with residents during the chapel service which takes place 10:00 AM Sundays.
Escorts to and from Meal
Adult or youth daily 7:15-8:30; 11:15-12:30; 4:45-6:30 push residents to and from meals.
Personal Talents
Come in and show off your talents with the residents. This can be a one- time basis, or as frequent as you would like. Youth or adults welcome.
Van Trips
This is an as-needed opportunity. You help push residents to and from the van, ride on the van, and assist the activity staff on outings. Adult needed for this opportunity.
Escort to Appointments
This is an as-needed opportunity. The Activity Director will call and ask you to ride with a resident to an appointment, wait for them, then ride our van back to the care center with them. - Adult needed for this opportunity.
Gardening
We are looking for someone, on a weekly basis, to water the plants iindoors. Hours are very flexible. We also need volunteers to adopt a planter or garden outdoors on campus to weed, water and plant. Hours are very flexible here as well. An opportunity for adults or youth.
Adopt a Grandparent
Commit to at least 3-4 times a month to come in and spend time with a resident, flexible hours, Adult or Youth
Coffee Shop
Adult needed, Mon-Friday to help run the shop, 9-12 a.m., 1x a week commitment or we will work with you to meet your schedule. Training available until you feel comfortable, you will be stocking shelves, visiting with customers, making coffee, running a cash machine, pricing items and cleaning up after your shift
